Need-based tuition assistance for Phase I of LEAP is available to students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Financial aid for Phase II of LEAP is available to domestic and foreign students in the form of tuition scholarships, assistantships, and fellowships. Students reapply for aid when they apply for Phase II of the program.

All students, regardless of citizenship, are eligible for admission.
