Project Focus: This summer, BU engaged the Madison Park Village community in Roxbury, MA to understand behavior patterns related to energy consumption.  Five Boston high school youth were hired to work with the BU team. The students were trained in concepts of energy efficiency and have helped conduct on-site research and data analysis support.  Following the conclusion of the summer phase, the MPDC project will continue, deepening our understanding of residents’ behavior and energy consumption as well as developing engineering and econometric analysis.
