The Center for Enhancing Activity and Participation among Persons with Arthritis (ENACT) seeks to build community resources for both people with arthritis and health care providers. As a center funded by The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR), supplying people living daily with arthritis with evidence-based information about the benefits of activity is central to ENACT’s mission.
In pursuit of this goal, ENACT leads and participates in many community activities aimed at reducing the burden of living with arthritis and other rheumatic conditions by directly promoting activity with educational programs and resources.
In addition, ENACT has an ongoing series of informational podcasts designed to be straightforward and simple to access.
