- Keep caller on phone as long as possible--DELAY--ask caller to repeat.
- Get as much information about caller as possible.
- Tell a nearby co-worker to contact BUPD at 353-2121, and indicate that a bomb threat is being received..
- Ask the following questions:
(c) Where is the bomb located?
(c) If time bomb, when is it set to explode?
(c) What kind of bomb is it?
(c) Why is caller doing this?
Note details: sex, accent, speech impediment, age, background noises, unusual phrases, etc.
