On Campus

Air-conditioned, apartment-style lodging (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 people maximum).
Space is limited, register ASAP!
Visitors to Boston consider these university apartments very pleasant and convenient, and they are in high demand.
The apartment includes private bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink. Each full bath is shared by 2 people.
Those who prefer university lodging should register as soon as possible for package 1 and each non-attendee guest should register for package 4. You and your guests can each add-on the two nights (July 4 and 5) for the weekend with the holiday package.

Register by April 15 to get the lowest rate. After May 15 the cost does not increase again, but please contact eeef@bu.edu to make arrangements.

Bedrooms:
Private single bedrooms. The bathroom in the suite is shared by 2 people staying in separate bedrooms. The suites are air conditioned and linens are provided. Each bedroom contains a single bed, desk, closet, etc. Double beds are not available on campus.

Apartment Kitchens
Guests must provide their own utensils, etc.

Internet:
Internet will be available via wireless access in the building common areas but not in the suites themselves. A few Ethernet ports may be available as well but are not guaranteed. There are also some public kiosks in the basement of the George Sherman Union where the conference is being held.

FitRec Gym/Pool Access:
Attendees staying on campus may utilize the FitRec gym/pool facilities.
A one day pass is $10, a week-long pass is $35.
You will need to present your BU ID at the desk to purchase the pass.

Breakfast:
On June 30, a continental breakfast will be served in the Ziskind Lounge outside the conference auditorium in the George Sherman Union at 775 Commonwealth Avenue. On July 1 - July 3 a hot breakfast buffet will be served 7 - 9 AM in the Warren Towers dining hall located at 700 Commonwealth Avenue. The George Sherman Union is located between the conference lodging and the Warren Towers dining hall; respectively a 15 and 20 minute walk from the primary available residence. Public trolley and bus service also runs frequently on Commonwealth Avenue.

Checking In and Out:
Check-in will be Sunday June 29 at 3 PM and check-out will be June 4 at 11 AM. If you take the holiday package add-on, check-out will be Sunday July 6 at 11 AM.

****Please remember upon departure to check out at the residence hall front desk and return your room key and ID card to avoid conference surcharges.
