Abstracts are due May 30. Please see Abstract Submission for abstract formatting and submission instructions.

Oral presentation guidelines:

All the symposia are open and contributed talks are welcome.
Contributed talks will be 20 minutes long including 5 minutes for questions.
Additional time will be allotted for invited speakers. Schedule to be determined.

Presenters are encouraged to save their PowerPoint file on a flash drive to facilitate presentations. A PC and Mac laptop will be available. Please note your preference with the abstract submission. If you are embedding video into your presentation, please note software needed as well. As a secondary backup, presenters may also want to email the presentation to their own email account for downloading outside of the conference auditorium. If you prefer to use some other presentation medium than a PowerPoint file, please contact eeef@bu.edu before submitting your abstract.

Poster presentations guidelines:

All symposia are open and contributed poster presentations are welcome.
The maximum poster dimensions are 1.07 m x 1.07 m (42 inches x 42 inches).

The poster session will take place on the evening of June 30 (Monday) in the Ziskind Lounge outside of the conference auditorium on the second floor of the George Sherman Union. A barbeque will be served in the Lounge during the poster session, and there will be opportunity for an extensive exchange of ideas between presenters and several groups of people throughout the evening. The posters will remain up through Tuesday for additional viewing. We encourage you to consider a poster presentation especially if you are planning on making more than one presentation due to oral time slot limitations.
