Gislason Award for lifetime contributions to the field of leadership. The Executive Development Roundtable (EDRT) is a research center and consortium dedicated to the study and practice of leadership, hosted by the Boston University School of Management.
EDRT 25th Anniversary
Longtime and current EDRT members and faculty reflect upon the EDRT’s storied success over the past 25 years and look ahead to its future as it continues to stay on the cutting-edge of executive development.
Popularized by faculty at the US Army War College and Bob Johansen from the Institute for the Future, we live today in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (“VUCA”) world, as highlighted here. This video was created by filmmaker Yvonne Tran while serving as a Research Assistant for Prof. Jack McCarthy of the Executive Development Roundtable (edrt.org & bu.edu/edrt) and Organizational Behavior Department at the Boston University School of Management.
