First-Semester Turkish CAS LT 111

Introduction to spoken and written Turkish and fundamentals of Turkish grammar, with oral drills and written exercises. 4 cr. Tuition: $2180

Summer 1 (June 13-July 15):

Second-Semester Turkish CAS LT 112

Prereq: (CAS LT 111) or equivalent. Completes introduction to modern Turkish grammar, with emphasis on development of aural and written comprehension, as well as writing and speaking abilities.  4 cr. Tuition: $2180

Summer 2 (July 18-August 19):

Third-Semester Turkish CAS LT 211

Prereq: (CAS LT 112) or equivalent. Further, intermediate-level, development of Turkish language skills through textbooks, authentic readings including literary works, internet-based exercises, and the use of Turkish audio and visual materials. 4 cr. Tuition: $2180

Summer 1 (June 13-July 15):

Fourth-Semester Turkish CAS LT 212

Prereq: (CAS LT 211) or consent of instructor. Completes presentation of structures of Turkish, to “intermediate-high” levels of proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.  4 cr. Tuition: $2180
