We have special rates at the following hotels. Rates are guaranteed through May 1, 2009. Except as noted below, you must call the hotel to arrange a room at the conference rate.
Please try to make your reservations as early as possible as we have a limited number of rooms reserved. The weekend of the conference coincides with several university graduations in the area.

On-Campus Housing
On-campus housing is available at an apartment-style residence hall located at 10 Buick Street, Boston, MA. If you would like to take advantage of this on-campus housing option, you will need to book a room and pay for it as a part of your registration.
You will be able to purchase a parking permit ($12/day) to park your car in designated lots. The permits are available for purchase at the residence hall.

Directions to Boston University
The conference site is easily accessible from on-campus housing and the hotels by walking, public transportation (the T), or cab.

Parking
If you are staying in on-campus housing, you can purchase a parking permit for $12/day to park your car in Lot F at 808 Commonwealth Avenue.
1. If you arrive before 5 pm: Please purchase the permit at the BU Parking Office on the second floor of the George Sherman Union, 775 Commonwealth Avenue.
2. If you arrive between 5 pm and 9 pm: In this case, proceed directly to the parking lot and purchase the permit for the first night there. Then go to the parking office the next day to purchase a permit for the remaining nights.
2. If you arrive after 9 pm: Finally, in this case, you can get your permit at the check-in desk at the on-campus residence at 10 Buick Street. Please go the parking office the next day to pay for this permit and to purchase a permit for the remaining nights.
For those of you not staying on campus and driving in to the meetings, you have 2 options for parking:
1. Metered parking: There are numerous parking meters on Bay State Road and Commonwealth Avenue. The cost is $1 per hour, and they officially have a limit of 4 hours.
2. Agganis Arena Garage: You can park further away from the meeting area but without the hassles of meters at the Agganis Arena Garage, located at 925 Commonwealth Avenue. The garage charges $1 per hour with a maximum of $8 for the day. The garage is open from 7 AM to 11 PM. Please note that this garage is about half a mile from the conference site.
