· Estimation of the impact of different types of open space on the values of residential properties in the City of London, Ontario, using a hedonic pricing model. · Analysis of regional economic trends in the urban and regional areas of Ontario, with special focus on London, CMA, and Southwestern Ontario. The project involved estimating the gross output for various industries in different urban municipalities of Ontario for the period, 1987 to 1999, analyzing the changes in employment and output of these economies, establishing dominate industry cluster of the area, their productivity, profitability, and relative ranking within the region. · Analysis of Canadian Census Data for 2001 and other years. · Participation in the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Quality of Life reporting System’s indicators. · Analysis of local labor market and Poverty. · Employment, migration and population forecasts for the City of London. |
