CANCELED: BU Wheelock Forum 2020: Day 1

In light of the growing concerns around COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus, Boston University has made the difficult decision to cancel the Wheelock Forum 2020, including the keynote address with Dr. Temple Grandin, scheduled for March 20-21.

We recognize all the hard work that so many have put into preparing for the Forum and the excitement around Dr. Grandin’s address. This was a difficult decision, but we need to prioritize the health and safety of our BU community, including alumni and friends who might travel for such events. As the effects, actual and projected, of COVID-19 are becoming evident across all aspects of our lives here in Boston, we thank you for your understanding in these unusual circumstances.

We intend to host our next annual forum in spring 2021, and hope to find another opportunity to bring Dr. Grandin to campus.
