The Bach Experience: Lecture and Breakfast

Please join us for a performance of Johann Sebastian Bach's Cantata for Pentecost "Wer mich liebet, der wird mein Wort halten (He Who Loves Me Will Obey My Commands)", BWV 74. Music at Marsh Chapel celebrates the tenth anniversary of the Bach Cantata Series with four cantatas never performed before at Marsh Chapel. Each Bach Experience Sunday begins at 9:45 AM with a 30-minute discussion of the work's musical and theological significance. After a complimentary breakfast, the Experience continues with a complete performance of the cantata during the Sunday morning service.
