Join nutritionist and author, Joan Salge Blake, Clinical Associate Professor at Boston University’s (BU) Sargent College, as she shares some science-based nutrition tips and strategies to keep you looking and feeling your best.

Joan Salge Blake is the author of Nutrition &You, 3rd ed., Pearson/Benjamin Cummings (2015), Nutrition & You: Core Concepts to Good Health, Pearson/Benjamin Cummings (2010), and Eat Right The E.A.S.Y. Way, Prentice Hall Press (1991). She is the co-author of Nutrition: From Science to You, 2nd ed. Pearson/Benjamin Cummings (2014).
Joan is an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics National Media Spokesperson and a regular contributor as a nutrition expert on Fox25 TV and CBS, Boston. She has appeared on CBS, The Early Show, CNN, CBS News, NBC News, NPR, Fox TV, Boston, WBZ TV, Boston, WHDH TV, Boston, Pure Oxygen, Chronicle, Doctors on Call, and NiteBeat.
