Centennial Dean’s Speaker Series: Warren Bennis on Leadership

Warren Bennis is Distinguished Professor of Business Administration and Founding Chairman of The Leadership Institute at USC and one of the world’s leading experts on leadership. A lecturer, consultant, and writer, Professor Bennis has been an advisor to four US presidents, including John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. He is the author of numerous books, including the classic On Being a Leader, and chairs the advisory board of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. Professor Bennis is former Distinguished Research Fellow at Harvard Business School, former president of the University of Cincinnati, and the former Provost and Executive Vice-President of SUNY-Buffalo. Bennis began his career and served on the faculty at Boston University in the School of Management and the College of Arts & Sciences for three years beginning in 1955.
