Gluten Free Station

Located at The Fresh Food Company at Marciano Commons and Warren Towers this station operates daily at lunch and dinner and offer a variety of fresh made entrees.  These are prepared in its own kitchen with its own cooking equipment and from recipes that were specifically created with non-gluten containing ingredients.  Servers at this station are trained specifically on how to keep this station gluten free by our on campus nutritionist and the unit’s executive chef.

 

Gluten Free Pantry

Located at The Fresh Food Company at Marciano Commons and Warren Towers and also at The Fresh Food Company at West Campus these pantries offer students a wide selection of prepackaged gluten free products at anytime the dining hall is open.  Students with a medical need are granted access to this pantry by attending a class hosted by a Sargent Center Dietitian.  You must attend the class in order to gain access and help to keep it gluten free.  In order to schedule a training session please contact the Sargent Choice Nutrition Center at 617-353-2721 or at scnc@bu.edu .

Located at The Fresh Food Company at West Campus this station operates at lunch and dinner and offer a variety of fresh made entrees prepared from recipes that were specifically created with non-gluten containing ingredients.   Because we do not have a dedicated kitchen space at West Campus and we share ovens and prep space with the other dining hall foods there is always a chance of cross contact.  In this location if you have a medical need for gluten free please see a manager so we can show you to our Gluten Free Pantry.
