Annual Dining Survey

Last year, many of you took the time to complete our annual on-line Dining Services survey. The feedback you shared with us was extremely helpful and the basis for many changes you now see on campus. With that in mind, we are asking if you can take 10 minutes to complete the 2012 survey. It is only through your feedback and suggestions that we can ensure we are making the right decisions for future changes to our program. Be as specific as you can with any open ended questions as this information is extremely helpful to us. At the completion of the survey, one student will be selected to receive a Grand Prize of $250 in Convenience Points! Ten more winners will be selected to receive $50 in Convenience points! The 11 winners will be chosen at random and notified by e-mail. The deadline to participate is 5:00pm on Wednesday, December 12nd and the winning names will be published on the Dining Services website on Thursday, December 13th.
