The Staff Forum held its most recent meetings at both 100 East Newton Street and 930 Commonwealth Avenue during the week of December 9, 2013. Staff Forum representatives provided information about a variety of new and ongoing staff resources.

In response to staff interest in yoga and fitness activities, the Forum reminded attendees that the Boston University Medical Campus offers free yoga classes in Hiebert Lounge and even provides yoga mats for those who need them. The next class is Monday, January 27 at 5 p.m. To register for upcoming dates, email yolanta@bu.edu.

Representatives discussed the Staff Forum Book Club, which met for the first time on December 18. Members are reading the book Gone Girl, which is available both in hardcover and audiobook. Whether you’ve read the book previously or just want to try out the book club, the Forum invites you to the Club’s second meeting at noon on Wednesday, January 22, in room G-309.

As always, you can contact the Staff Forum with any questions, suggestions, or concerns by email at gsdmsf@bu.edu. You can submit your comments anonymously on the Staff Forum website or leave a note in one of the suggestion boxes.
