BY CAR
From the West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East to Exit 18, Brighton/Cambridge.
Exit left. Follow signs to Cambridge to the second set of lights.
Turn right at the lights onto Storrow Drive.
Exit Storrow Drive at the Kenmore Square exit.
- Follow directions from Kenmore Square Exit
From the South
Take I-93 Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) North to Boston.
Exit onto Storrow Drive.
Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Square exit.

From the North
Take I-93 or Route 1 South to Boston.
Exit onto Storrow Drive.
Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Square exit.

From Logan Airport/Route 1A
Take Route 1-A through the Sumner Tunnel (toll).
Bear right and follow signs onto Storrow Drive.
Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Square exit.

From Kenmore Square Exit
At the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto Beacon Street.
At this point, the road forks. The right side of the fork is BayState Road.
Take Bay State Road for Admissions, the Towers Residence Hall,and Upper and Lower Bay State Road Area Residence Halls.
The left side of the fork takes you into Kenmore Square.
Bear right at the far end of Kenmore Square onto Commonwealth Avenue.
The Warren Towers Residence Hall, the main campus, and the South and WestCampus areas and Residence Halls are located on or near Commonwealth Avenue.
To get to the Turnpike (I-90 East/West) from campus
Travel west on Commonwealth Avenue to Packard's Corner (Commonwealth Avenue forks to the left).
Stay to the right of the fork onto Brighton Avenue.
Continue up Brighton Avenue to Linden Street (Budget Rent-a-Car will be on the right).
Turn right onto Linden Street.
At the end of the street, turn right onto Cambridge Street.
Continue until you see the entrance to the turnpike on on the right.
BY BUS
From I-90 E, Take Exit 18, Brighton/Cambridge.
Follow signs for Brighton (left after exit.)
Cambridge street turns to the right (almost a U turn) and continue on Cambridge Streetthrough three sets of lights. After the third, you will go over a bridge crossing the Massachusetts Turnpike.
At the fourth light, turn left onto Harvard Avenue.
Continueon Harvard Avenue and turn left at the first set of lights onto Brighton Avenue.
Stay straight on Brighton Avenue through two lights and it will end at CommonwealthAvenue. Continue straight on Commonwealth Avenue.
TheWarren Towers Residence Hall, the main campus, and the South and West Campus areas and Residence Halls are located on or near Commonwealth Avenue.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Subway Map

Red Line
- Take the Red Line train to Park Street.
- Transfer to the outbound Green Line "B" train.
Blue Line
- Take the Blue Line train to Government Center.
- Transfer to the outbound (or Westbound) Green Line "B" train.
Orange Line
- Take the Orange Line train to Downtown Crossing.
- Follow the underground concourse to the Park Street station on the Green Line.
- Board the outbound "B" train.
Green Line
- From Lechmere, Science Park, North Station, or Haymarket stations, take any train to Government Center. Transfer to the outbound "B" train.
- From suburban "C" (Cleveland Circle) or "D" (Riverside) trains, take any train inbound to Kenmore Square. Transfer to the outbound platform and board the "B" train.
- From the "E" (Heath Street) train, take any train inbound to Arlington station. Transfer to the outbound platform and board the"B" train.
From Logan Airport
- Take the free Airport Shuttle Bus (which stops at all terminals outside baggage claim) to the MBTA station, this is the Blue Line.
- Take an Inbound train to Government Center.
- Change to the Green Line Outbound (or Westbound) and take a Boston College (B) train.
MBTA Bus
- Take any of the following bus routes to Kenmore Square: 8, 57, 60, 65, 8A.
