Aram Kaligian, MD, MPH
Dr. Kaligian is a graduate of our Family Medicine Residency Program here at BMC, and currently sees patients at the South Boston Community Health Center. He received his MD and MPH degrees from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2001. He received a BS in Biochemistry and a BA in English in 1986 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In Armenia, he has worked as a consultant for USAID on the Primary Healthcare Reform program to retrain physicians as family physicians, and has conducted a study on post-MI patients in Nagorno-Karabagh. His interests include inpatient medicine, healthcare reform in Armenia, and providing high-quality primary care to urban underserved and immigrant populations.
