BUGS Berkshires Trip 2008

Photos are from the BUGS sponsored trip to the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, 20-21 September 2008. Geologic features investigated along the way included Jurassic age dinosaur footprints along the Connecticut River near Holyoke, MA; the Sugarloaf arkose formation in the Deerfield Basin; and Tannery Falls in the Hoosac Range. The group camped at Savoy Mountain State Forrest in Florida, MA.
