Hello, ! Welcome to the graduation application system.

Please click on the "APPLY FOR GRADUATION" button below to begin. Once you complete the initial application, a set of supplemental tasks will appear. Applications for graduation must be completed online and all tasks must be completed by their respective deadlines.

The graduation application will be open as outlined below. Please note the deadline to complete an application is bolded. After that date the application will close:

  • September Graduation: May 3 - August 15
  • January Graduation: July 2nd - November 1st
  • May Graduation: November 2nd - March 31st

What can I expect when completing these tasks and following the timeline?

  • All students will receive a confirmation email when each task is completed. When you log back into the web app portal, your task will be marked as completed. The graduation application is essential for our administration to start your graduation registration. You will be notified if there are any errors or missing information with these documents. You will be able to view the list of additional tasks required for graduation and their respective deadlines after you submit the graduation application.

  • Our administration will begin to review graduation applications as they are received; however, due to the volume of applications we will be receiving, you may not receive communication regarding your application until after the graduation deadline. If there are any problems with an application, students will be contacted directly by our office.

  • Once our office processes your graduation application, you will be added to our Graduation List and will receive an email from the registrar’s office. This email will provide further information needed to verify your diploma name and update any necessary information. If you do not receive this email within a month after the deadline, please email

  • Once students are added to the Graduation List, you can see your status listed on the student link, under the "Academic Summary" or "Degree Program History" tabs.

What if I cannot make the deadline?

  • Please keep in mind that if you do not complete the graduation application and additional tasks by their respective deadlines, your graduation and participation in the commencement ceremony may be put in jeopardy.

How can I confirm the tasks have been completed?

  • Students can check the status of their Graduation Application and other required tasks by logging on to the web app portal and confirming that the tasks are marked as completed.

  • After the deadline has passed, students will be added to the Graduation List and will receive an email from the registrar’s office. Students can then check their status on the student link under the "Academic Summary" or "Degree Program History"" tabs.

What if I make a mistake on my graduation application?
