Complete the form below to begin the registration process for the 2009 Design Competition. Please note that you are also required to submit a $35 registration fee and signed waiver form by Friday, May 1, 2009, in order to be officially registered for the competition. Upon receipt of all required materials, confirmation information will be emailed to you and your school sponsor. Therefore, it is essential that you use valid email addresses on this form.
