Dr. Whitney received her B.S. in physical therapy from Simmons College, M.S. in physical therapy from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and Ph.D. in Anatomy and Neurobiology from the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Whitney is the course director for the Dental Anatomical Sciences-I course. She also teaches in the Dental Anatomical Sciences-II and Medical Gross Anatomy courses. Her current research efforts are aimed at examining the cerebellar pathology in autism and its relationship to the developmental timing of this disorder.
