I have secured a group rate of $99/night from Nov 17-19 and we have a conference room reserved for the 18th. The morning of the Nov 19 will be reserved for any remaining business, and we may meet somewhere informally (TBD). When checking into the hotel please use the name of the event as EMREM (Earth Mars Radiation Environment Module). They left out the Moon part of the name for some reason.
