The Boston University Community Service Center (CSC) annually recruits
over 1,500 volunteers who perform more than 75,000 hours of service
in the Greater Boston area. The CSC also maintains a listing of hundreds
of volunteer opportunities at local human service agencies, as well
as hosting one time service events/projects such as Oxfam America’s
Fast for a World Harvest, the University Day of Service, and an Annual
Non-profit Career Fair.
The following table represents service hours and volunteers for each of the CSC programs for the 2004-2005 academic year.
