Boston Local Food Fesival -Recap

Boston-Local-Food-Festival-300x242IMG_8238Last Saturday, One Time Events premiered its first Spotlight Event of the Semester.  Our volunteers helped out at the Boston Local Food Festival.  The festival showcased affordable and scrumptious food grown and produced throughout New England.  BU volunteers helped the festival work towards its Zero-Waste mission: having 90% of waste recycled, reduced or reused.  Our volunteers helped out at the festival, educated the public about the benefits of composting and helped them understand the process.
