
Practitioner Tools: Assessing Readiness
Psychiatric
Rehabilitation Practitioner Tools are a collection of
protocols and activities that guide practitioners through the psychiatric
rehabilitation process.
This volume includes an Introduction, Orientation
to Assessing Readiness, Activities for Assessing Readiness, Protocols
for Assessing Readiness, Sample Questions for Conducting a Readiness
Assessment, Example of Assessing Readiness, Worksheets for Assessing
Readiness, and Checklist of Assessing Readiness Procedures.
Ordering Options
Practitioner Tools: Assessing Readiness offers a
variety of ordering options that are both convenient and cost
effective. It is available in the following three formats:
- Printed format includes all of the cover
pages, printed content pages, and section divider tabs within
a 3-ring binder. The Printed format is optimal for an
agency's resource library bookshelf or desk reference. A complimentary
CD-ROM is included with the Printed/Binder format. If the seal
on the CD has been broken, this product is not returnable.

CD-ROM
format contains PDF files for the
Assessing Readiness Practitioner Tools as well as structural
files (e.g., cover pages, table of contents, and indexes) on
a single CD-ROM. PDF files are readable by both PC and Macintosh
computers using free viewing software called Adobe Acrobat Reader,
which you may download at the Adobe
website. The CD-ROM format is optimal if you want to print
out only the sections that you need one at a time. A 3-ring
binder is included with section divider tabs so that you can organize
your copies as you print them out. If the seal on the CD has been
broken, this product is not returnable.

download format contains PDF files for the Assessing

section of the Boston University Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation
website. PDF files are readable by both PC and Macintosh computers

not included in this format. The Internet download format is
optimal for organizations sharing resources with its employees.
