Introduction to Molecular Genetics Core

Molecular Genetics Core Facility provides DNA Isolation services from different sources, sample storage, preparation of lymphoblastic cell lines, high-throughput DNA Sequencing, and high throughput Genotyping. Equipment available in the core includes robotic workstations for sample preparation, high capacity 96 and 384 well PCR machines, 7900 Real-Time PCR System and access to a high capacity SNP genotyping system (Illumina and Affymetrix).
