Microarray Resource Core Facility
Introduction to the Microarray Resource Core Facility
The Boston University Microarray Resource is a full service facility for microarray based experimentation housed within the Department of Genetics and Genomics. The Microarray Resource offers the full line of microarray products available from Affymetrix. This includes expression profiling, exon, genotyping, resequencing, and tiling arrays.
The facility also has the resources required for the construction, and processing of custom arrays. As part of our standard service, the resource provides assistance with experimental design as well as data analysis of all experiments.
