Dynamic Menus
Visitors to the BU Web can now bypass extra mouse clicks it would previously require to access internal pages on a site by using dynamic drop-down menus with the main link categories in the Primary Navigation Bar.
SmartNav System
With the SmartNav System, web pages automatically detect the current page location and/or a keyword in the page title, and switch the link behavior in a navigation menu to indicate the "active" page.
Search Form
Multiple search functions are included on Core Design pages, offering visitors access to site search, BU web search, and BU directory search.
Contact Form
All sites based on the BU Core Design include a contact form, for visitors to fill out if
they have questions or concerns about a web site or if they failed
to find the information they were seeking.
