Posted July 30, 2009 - A dozen Core alumni gathered in the Core office last night to enjoy conversation and fresh sandwiches with Core faculty before the whole crowd walked over to Fenway Park to meet other Core grads in the bleachers. The sky was ominously overcast during the day, feeding fears that the game might be rained out, but despite a occasional droplets coming down as drizzle the storms held off and the Sox took the field against the Oakland Athletics without delay. Though the home team didn't post a win this time out, all those in attendance reported having had a good time at the ballgame.
