Ideis: 'Of Ideas'
About
De Ideis
The
Core Curriculum is an integrated series of courses that provides
the foundation of a liberal education -- an education that frees,
orients, and empowers the mind. The faculty, staff, students, and
alumni comprising the Core community share a love for the great
ideas that have shaped culture and history. De Ideis -- the
periodical of that community -- is intended to promote the philosophy
of the Core program and to provide a forum for the discussion of
'great ideas'. De Ideis' content includes articles by faculty
on academic topics, submissions from students offering persepctive
on undergraduate life and reports on Core events.
