Guest

All guest accounts need a BU sponsor. There are a limited number of situations where guest accounts are approved. Guest accounts are reviewed on an individual basis.

To create a guest account, follow these steps:

  1. Complete and print the Guest Account Application. If your browser is set up to display PDF files, you can complete the form online before printing it.

Note: The form you complete is an interactive PDF file. You can complete it online, then print and sign it. Or, you can print it, complete it by hand, and sign it. In either case, you will need the free Acrobat Reader.

  1. Attach a signed letter on BU letterhead from your sponsor indicating the nature and length of your appointment or project, proposed use of resources, and requested duration of account. Your sponsor must be a faculty or staff member currently affiliated with Boston University.

The Front Office Assistant Manager will notify you when your account has been approved.
