Disability Services

We make sure as many Commencement Weekend activities as possible are accessible to all who wish to attend. Beginning Monday, April 1, requests for accessible parking, seating, and individual services may be requested via our Disability & Access Services Accommodations Request Form. The deadline to submit the form is Friday, May 3. While every effort will be made to provide accommodations requested after May 3rd, they cannot be guaranteed; please submit the form in a timely manner. If you need additional assistance, contact Disability & Access Services at 617-353-3658.

For those who request a Designated Handicapped Parking Permit by the deadline, the permit will be mailed to you at the address provided. For those requests submitted after May 3rd, you must pick-up the Handicapped Parking Permit at the Parking & Transportation Services (PTS) office, located at 1019 Commonwealth Avenue. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm; PTS will offer special hours over Commencement weekend and those will be posted here in early May.
