Disability / Interpreter Services Arrangements may be made for guests with disabilities or hearing impairments

Arrangements for accessible parking and guest seating at Nickerson Field and/or at one of the school/college convocations may be arranged by submitting the Accommodation Request Form found on this website. Instructions and access permits will be mailed to the address provided on forms submitted by May 1. For forms submitted after May 1, instructions and access permits will be available for pickup beginning May 15 at the George Sherman Union Information Desk, 775 Commonwealth Avenue, 2nd floor.

A limited number of wheelchairs will be available to guests who require their use during either the All-University ceremony or a school/college convocation. To request one, please use the Accommodation Request Form. Wheelchairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Boston University will make every attempt to honor all requests for wheelchairs, but their availability is not guaranteed. Wheelchairs can be picked up from the Case Athletic Center at 285 Babcock St.

A sign language interpreter will be available at Nickerson Field for the All-University Commencement. A large screen, real time, open caption video feed will also be available at Nickerson Field. To request an interpreter or visual access seating at a school/college convocation, please complete the Accommodation Request Form.
