First Aid Graduate listens intently during commencement address

Student Health Services will provide care and referrals to all students (including part-time students), alumni, and guests attending Reunion Weekend and Commencement activities. Beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 18, through 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, Student Health Services, at 881 Commonwealth Avenue, will be open around the clock for walk-in or telephone consultations.

All guests who are cared for at Student Health Services will be asked to give the name of the alumnus/alumna, staff member, or degree candidate who has invited them to attend the Reunion Weekend or Commencement events. The decision to provide first aid or to refer a person to a hospital emergency room will be the responsibility of the doctor or nurse on duty. Patients are responsible for all ambulance and hospital emergency charges.

The Department of Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance will furnish EMTs from BUEMS to provide treatment, staff a First Aid station on Nickerson Field, and arrange for ambulance transportation during the Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 20th. BUEMS will also be present and staffing First Aid stations at convocations held at Agganis Arena, the Track and Tennis Center, the Fitness and Recreation Center, Case Athletic Center, and the CAS Parking Area.
