Senior Breakfast This group of friends is having a good time during commencement

The 2006 Senior Breakfast was held on May 1, 2006. As is Boston University's tradition, the names of the Commencement Speaker and honored guests were announced at breakfast. Leslie Moonves, President and CEO of CBS Corporation, will deliver the main Commencement address.  Nancy G. Brinker, founder of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, will speak at the Baccalaureate Service. Others who will receive honorary degrees are: Patricia Meyer Spacks, President of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences; the inventor of the Segway Human Transporter and President of DEKA Research and Development Corporation, Dean Kamen; Frederick S. Pardee, philanthropist and benefactor of the University's Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future; and Boston University President Emeritus and MED Dean Emeritus Aram Chobanian.

This year's senior class gift is a silver Boston University pen and a silver Boston University business card holder. For those who were not able to attend breakfast, the gift can be picked up in the Office of the Dean of Students beginning on Wednesday, May 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
