Application Checklist
All applications must be completed and received by February 1st. All supplemental materials must be mailed in a single packet to the Graduate Services Office.
- Application (online or paper version)
- Application fee ($70 online, $80 paper)
- 3 letters of recommendation
- All official transcripts*
- Official test scores
- All writing and other assignments required in your program
- International Student Video (required of all students who need a VISA to enter the United States.)
Make sure to check the Helpful Hints and FAQ pages to make sure you followed those guidelines as well.
*All transcripts and recommendations must come in signed and sealed (by the registrar/recommender) in order to be processed.

We recommend that students send materials via a carrier that provides a tracking service and sends the materials well before the deadline as incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
