We coach students to developing and leveraging their education and experience as they prepare for their professional careers. We work with students from first semester at COM through first jobs, promotions, and career changes.

Hone your career development skills through career exploration, career counseling appointments, workshops, and online resources. Practice interviewing, learn the best ways to stand out at career fairs, and refine your resume with COM Career Development. Attend networking events with COM alumni and job fairs and employer information sessions with industry professionals to meet the connections you need to get started, move forward, and succeed.
