COM Career Fair

The College of Communication will be hosting its Fall 2019 Career Fair on Thursday, October 10th featuring two shifts, from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm in room COM 209. The event will feature different employers at each session, and is of course free for employers and students to attend. Register for the fair here. So far, our attending employers include: Metter Media Superdigital America's Test Kitchen WCVB FOX Networks Prosek Partners McNeil, Gray & Rice All Heart PR Greenough Brand Storytellers Oracle TJX Companies .... and many more to come. A complete list of attending employers will be available in early October. We will be hosting our “How to Work a Career Fair” Workshop on Thursday, October 3rd from 1pm - 2pm in room 209. We will discuss best practices for working a job fair, including how to prepare and research companies before the event, how to dress, what items to bring, how to approach a company you are interested in, and more. A general overview of the participating organizations will also be featured. Please remember to dress in business or business casual attire, bring plenty of resumes, and research the employers and their programs. The Career Fair is a private event.
