AdLab is the country’s largest student-run agency, bridging the gap between the classroom and the office. It’s more than an internship, it’s real-world experience.

Mentored by industry veterans Doug Gould and Michelle Sullivan, AdLab gives students the opportunity to manage, create, and execute campaigns for real clients. Students participate in different agency roles, (creative, research, account management, strategy, and production) working in teams to solve business challenges through creative and strategic work. Clients range from small startups to large corporations and agency partnerships.

Students also have the opportunity to advance their leadership skills by serving on AdLab’s student executive board. The student Eboard oversees all client relationships, campaign work, agency development, and the supervision of student teams.

When students leave AdLab, they leave with an unparalleled advantage. From a deep understanding of team dynamics to role-specific skill development, students find themselves in high demand when entering the professional world.
