About Joyce Walsh

With academic and professional backgrounds in both the arts and technology, Joyce develops innovative courses that integrate design with creative technology skills. Her professional work includes consulting, writing and speaking about design strategies for non-designers. Joyce’s design work is featured in publications, exhibitions and corporate art collections internationally.

Her book, Graphic Design Essentials: Skills, Software and Creative Strategies, is the first book to combine graphic design fundamentals with software skills. It is published internationally by Laurence King, London, by Pearson/Prentice Hall in the US, and Posts & Telecom Press in China.
