Associate Professor of the Practice, Digital Design
Professor Walsh just published her first book on design and technology. In 2004, she redesigned and developed a previous version of the College of Communication website. Before joining the COM faculty in 2001, she developed the Art and Computer Graphics Programs at BU Academy. Walsh also taught design and multimedia courses at Boston University College of Fine Arts and The School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She has worked in all areas of graphic design: designing websites, animations, advertisements, books, logos and corporate identity systems for clients including Bayer, Houghton Mifflin, L.L. Bean and WPP Group. Her designs have been featured in publications, exhibitions and corporate art collections.
