Joyce Rogers, Director COM Career Services
Joyce G. Rogers, Director of Career Services College of Communication
Joyce first came to the College of Communication in 1975 where she worked in the Mass Communication and Journalism Departments. In 1986 she started COM Career Services. She develops programs and services covering all aspects of career development. Additionally, Joyce provides career counseling for students and alumni, plans networking events, and instructs career seminars. She currently works with the COM Career Coordinator and a large student staff to provide on-campus recruiting, job and internship postings, resume services, networking programs, special events, and special opportunities.

As Career Services Specialist, Kelly helps provide services that cover all aspects of career development. She counsels and educates students, partners with employers to provide job and internship opportunities, collaborates with other Career Offices campus-wide to help develop new career-related initiatives, and manages BU Career Link, BU’s web-based recruiting system. Additionally, Kelly is responsible for maintaining the COM Career Services website, as well as Career Services’ various social media platforms.
