Professor of Human Genetics, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Pathology Co-Director, Center for Human Genetics Boston University School of Medicine (Boston, MA) Professor Milunsky is internationally known for his work in prenatal genetic diagnosis and the epidemiology of birth defects. He is author, editor, or co-editor of 23 books, and author or co-author of over 436 scientific communications. He is co-editor of the textbook Genetic Disorders and the Fetus: Diagnosis, Prevention and Treatment (6th edition, in press), which is the major worldwide reference text for prenatal diagnosis. His latest trade book is Your Genetic Destiny: Know Your Genes, Secure Your Health, Save Your Life (published in six languages). He has given invited lectures in 31 countries (including the Vatican), and has been honored, by election, as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of England, and with an award for excellence in teaching. He is an editorial board member of prestigious journals, including Prenatal Diagnosis. The Consumers’ Research Council of America has listed him in their Guide to America’s Top Pediatricians since 2003.

Barnes, M.D. Professor of Radiology Stanford University Medical Center Chief, Pediatric Neuroradiology and Medical Director, MRI/CT Center Lucile Salter Packard Children’s Hospital (Palo Alto, CA) Professor Barnes is known internationally for his work in pediatric neuroradiology. He is the author or co-author of over 340 scientific communications. Professor Barnes is the co-editor of 4 books, the latest volume of which is entitled Pediatric Radiology: The Requisites (3rd edition). He has been the recipient of multiple teaching and research awards including Senior Faculty of the Year awards annually from 2002 - 2006 at Stanford University Medical Center. He is a past president of the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology. Leonard Berlin, M.D. Professor of Radiology Rush Medical College Vice-Chairman, Department of Radiology NorthShore University Health System, Skokie Hospital (Skokie, IL) Professor Berlin is known internationally for his work in radiology. He is the author or co-author of over 307 scientific communications. Professor Berlin is the author of Malpractice Issues in Radiology, now in its third edition. He is the chairman of the American College of Radiology Task Force on Conflicts of Interest, and associate editor for Health Policy and Practice in the journal, Radiology. He has been the recipient of multiple honors, including recognition as one of the Ten Most Outstanding Practicing Radiologists in 2007 by readers of Medical Imaging Magazine. He received the Gold Medal for Distinguished Service to Radiology by the Chicago Radiological Society in 2002 and 2005. Catherine D. Bertram, Esq. Regan Zambri & Long, PLLC (Washington, D.C.) Ms. Bertram was the Director of Risk Management at Georgetown University Hospital for almost 20 years before joining her current firm. Those years of trial experience were spent defending hospitals and healthcare providers in medical malpractice and medical device litigation. Subsequently, she has joined a plaintiff law firm. Ms. Bertram was also elected president of the District of Columbia Chapter of the Association of Healthcare Risk Managers of the D.C. Hospitals. David J. Callans, M.D. Professor of Medicine, Department of Medicine Associate Director of Electrophysiology University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine University of Pennsylvania Health System (Philadelphia, PA) Professor Callans is known internationally for his work in cardiac electrophysiology. He is the author or co-author of well over 350 scientific communications. Professor Callans is a member of the editorial boards of prestigious journals, including Heart Rhythm and the Journal of Cardiac Electrophysiology. He has also been the recipient of a teaching award. Steven L. He is the author or co-author of 142 scientific communications, as well as 19 video productions and 27 audio productions, on a wide range of forensic psychiatric issues. He serves on the editorial board of 7 journals and publications, and the Clinical Handbook of Correctional Psychiatry. Professor Resnick has provided consultation and testimony in many notorious cases, including at least 16 of major national interest. He has been the recipient of many achievement, educational, and leadership awards for his contributions to forensic psychiatry, including the Golden Apple Award from the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, and the American Psychiatric Association. He was also the recipient of the President’s Award for Distinguished Alumni at Case Western Reserve University. He has been listed in the Best Doctors in America for at least 15 years, and in 2004, was inducted into the Cleveland Medical Hall of Fame. Richard E. Wolfe, M.D. Associate Professor of Medicine Harvard Medical School Chief, Emergency Medicine Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Boston, MA) Dr. Wolfe is known internationally for his work in emergency medicine. He is the author or co-author of about 90 scientific communications.
