Participants must complete and submit all application materials, including proof of insurance and medical credentials. This is a week-long immersion program that requires a complete commitment of your time. Participants must be released from all clinical and personal commitments for the entire week of August 3 - 7, 2009 or October 19 - 23, 2009. The tuition has been reduced to $900 per participant.
