Registration Fees
Delegate and Student Delegate registration fees include:
Attendance to all scientific sessions, syllabus and all relevant documentation, coffee breaks and one lunch, and tickets to the welcome reception, harbor boat cruise, and closing banquet.
Day Delegate registration fee includes:
Attendance to all scientific sessions for day registered, syllabus and all relevant documentation, and daytime meals offered on day of registration. Social functions are not included, but tickets may be purchased seperately.
Social Events
Welcome Reception: Evening of Friday, June 24th
A welcome reception will be held at the Marriott Long Wharf Hotel. Beverages and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. Included in the registration fee for delegates and student delegates, and the Accompanying Person Package fee. Extra tickets may be purchased for $45 each.
Boston Harbor Boat Cruise: Evening of Sunday, June 26th
Join your colleagues for a buffet dinner and fun-filled evening cruise around the historic Boston Harbor. Included in the registration fee for delegates and student delegates, and the Accompanying Persons Package fee. Extra tickets may be purchased for $55 each. Due to state liquor laws, all patrons must be at least 21 years of age to attend the cruise.
Closing Banquet: Evening of Monday, June 27th
The closing banquet will be held at the New England Aquarium, next door to the Marriott Long Wharf. Included in the registration fee for delegates and student delegates, and the Accompanying Person Package fee. Extra tickets may be purchased for $120 each.
Accompanying Person Package
The Accompanying Person Package includes the welcome reception, Boston Harbor boat cruise, and the closing banquet. It does not include admission to the scientific sessions, nor the conference syllabus or related conference documentation.
