2009-2010 Latin Scholarship Competition:
Local Administration Request Form

Thank you for your interest in administering an alternative site for the 2009-2010 Latin Scholarship Competition. In order to be considered as a test site, please read the guidelines, complete the site registration request form below and click 'submit'. Requests will be denied only if there are multiple schools in the area seeking this opportunity; in that case, we will have all interested students participate at one location.

The deadline to request local administration is Wednesday, October 21, 2009.

Guidelines for Local Administration
1. One exam per registered student will be sent to the proctor, at the school address. Copying the exam is strictly prohibited.

2. The exam must be administered on Saturday, October 31, 2009, no later than 10 a.m. local time. It is a two-hour exam, with no breaks.

3. The exam must be returned to us via Fedex on Monday, November 2, 2009. We will pay for the cost of returning the exam and provide the necessary forms.

4. Only students who register for the exam, and receive confirmation, can take the exam.

5. The proctor must sign a statement (enclosed with the exams) that the exam was not copied, and was administered on October 31, 2009, in the time allotted.

6. The proctor cannot assist students taking the exam in any way.
