Program-Related Resources
Most of our City Planning and Urban Affairs faculty are practicing professionals, and students are encouraged to consult with them regarding professional and academic matters or to seek advice on job and internship opportunities. In addition, the officers of the City Planning and Urban Affairs student association (the Urban Planning Association) are also available for Peer Advising. Prospective students should feel free to consult with the Student Association as they consider applying to or accepting admission to the program. Feel free to contact them at upa@bu.edu.
To get started, below is a list of useful links for students to obtain general information about the field as well as jobs and internships. In addition, the program also posts current job and internship openings, program-related events and news, and other information on its social media sites and via email. Current students are automatically added to the program mailing list, and all incoming students benefit greatly from joining one or all of our social media platforms.
