Research/Activities

Monte Carlo and Molecular Dynamics simulations of biomolecules, liquids and clusters; short time dynamics and vibrational energy transfer in heme proteins; kinetics and thermodynamics of amyloid peptide aggregation; algorithms for global optimization, enhanced sampling, ligand docking and crystal prediction; reaction path determination and direct simulation of long time processes in peptides and proteins.
