Abstract

The development and use of dehydrative glycosylation reactions allow for the synthesis of complex saponin adjuvants for clinical evaluation of conjugate cancer vaccines. The exploration of hetero-cycloaddition reactions reveals new strategies for the synthesis of anti-proliferative and anti-arrhythmia alkaloids.
